The Challenge: Finding a sanctuary near the city. Most new builds in Dallas sacrifice nature for proximity. We wanted to break that mold.

The Solution: We secured a rare, heavily wooded 0.63-acre lot just 15 minutes from Downtown. Instead of clear-cutting, we designed a “Soft Modern” home that integrates with the trees. We utilized spray foam insulation and high-efficiency construction to ensure the home is as quiet and comfortable as it is beautiful.

The Result: A 4-bedroom masterpiece with two covered patios that invite nature in. It feels miles away from the city, yet is moments from I-35 and Loop 12.
