The Challenge: Urban infill development requires precision. We had a compact lot in the Dolphin Heights neighborhood and needed to maximize living space without overwhelming the property lines.

The Solution: We designed a vertical, high-efficiency 2-story floorplan. By stacking the living space, we achieved over 1,800 sq. ft. of interior luxury while still preserving outdoor space. We used a bold, high-contrast exterior design to make the home a modern landmark on the street.

The Result: A striking 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence that sold in April 2023. The home features detailed finishes like granite counters and decorative lighting, proving that smaller lot footprints don’t have to mean smaller living standards.
