The Vision
The Challenge: Urban infill development requires precision. We had a compact lot in the Dolphin Heights neighborhood and needed to maximize living space without overwhelming the property lines.
The Solution: We designed a vertical, high-efficiency 2-story floorplan. By stacking the living space, we achieved over 1,800 sq. ft. of interior luxury while still preserving outdoor space. We used a bold, high-contrast exterior design to make the home a modern landmark on the street.
