We Build Equity LLC provides real estate development, construction management, and capital placement services. All investments involve risk, and past performance is not indicative of future results. Information provided on this site does not constitute financial advice.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its proprietary floorplans, architectural designs, and “IP Advantage” assets are our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) are owned or controlled by us.

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Texas. We Build Equity LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Texas shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
